Clinician, IPV-FAIR Program – Bridgeport, CT Office

Seeking a master’s level candidate for the position of IPV-FAIR Clinician. (Intimate Partner Violence- Family Assessment Intervention Response). This position is responsible to provide IPV-FAIR services, including screening, assessment and implementation of clinical services designed to address the needs of families and individual members. The Clinician will work closely with a program Family Navigator, who will provide case management services in coordination with clinical treatment. IPV-FAIR is a DCF Funded Program and requires close collaboration with DCF workers to address issues of safety and well-being for families. This program operates in Fairfield County and is based in Bridgeport.
Candidates must have an active Connecticut License (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PhD) or be working towards one, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a clinical setting; experience with domestic violence is a plus. This is a full-time 40 hour position with benefits; available February 16, 2021.

Youth Program Specialist

Seeking a master’s level candidate for the position of Youth Program Specialist. This position is responsible for the oversight and direction of all operational activities, and will provide leadership, program management and coordination for the Family ReEntry Youth Mentoring Program. He/she will be responsible for conducting youth intakes, assessment for program readiness, recruiting & training adult volunteers, facilitating youth-adult matches, and providing case management supports to ensure better outcomes for youth at-risk. The Youth Specialist will also coordinate and facilitate group services for youth to enhance life skills. Additionally, the Youth Specialist will represent the program in the community, developing collaborative relationships with youth & families, volunteer mentors, schools and other youth serving community providers, including: Juvenile Probation, Child and Youth Family Service Centers, and the Bridgeport Juvenile Review Board.

Candidate must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience providing services to marginalized youth and families. This is a full-time 40 hour position with benefits; available February 1, 2021.
