Assist the New Haven DV Programs in all areas of administration making sure that the Programs run smoothly.
Responsible for greeting clients, incoming calls, maintain electronic and physical clinical files, sending communications to the courts, probation, parole, and clients as needed. Weekly input of client information into the data base, send out client correspondence, make reminder calls to clients of group start dates, collect fees. Assist the DV Program Manager Program, Program Coordinator and DV Clinical Intake Coordinator as needed with daily program operations, group scheduling, file review for audits, provide and collect program surveys from clients upon successful discharge and all other duties as assigned by the DV Program Manager and Program Coordinator.
Minimum HS/Associates degree. BA preferred. Experience in office management and customer service. Strong verbal skills in English, Spanish a plus. Ability to communicate in a professional manner. Extensive knowledge in all Microsoft® applications and strong database experience.
